CHADIS will age-adjust for developmental age vs. chronological age, up to age 2, per AAP recommendations for all developmental questionnaires. However, in order for CHADIS to age-adjust, the number of weeks premature must be manually entered under the Vital Information section of the CHADIS chart. This information does NOT come from eCW.
