Frequently Asked Question

There are two ways to create a CHADIS Report.

Shortcut Method – allows you to create the report from the "Show All Patients with New Results " window:
Pros vs Cons
Pro – it is fast; one-click to create the report.
Con – (1) You will not know which questionnaires were completed until you see the report; (2) you will not have the choice to edit the report title.

Patient Detail-page Method – Create the report from the Patient Detail page:
Pros vs Cons
Pro – (1) You can view which questionnaires the respondent completed before the report is created; (2) You have greater flexibility in deciding the title and the content in the report.
Con – (1) It takes 4 clicks in the Create New Report window to create the report.
