Only nurses and providers may be attached to CHADIS orders.
Solution: Have the staff person push the CHADIS button from a patient’s chart to make sure they are a registered clinical user. If you pushed the CHADIS button and are still experiencing this issue, we can help! Just email client-support@chadis.com with the name and email address of the person who is affected.
Moving Forward: Have new staff joined the practice? Remember, all clinical staff have to be defined individually in the OP Address Book with a unique professional email address. Then that staff person needs to log into OP and click on the CHADIS button once to establish their access to CHADIS.
