Respondent Instructions to Change How They Are Notified (Email or Text)

CHADIS sends notifications to respondents. Sometimes, respondents want to stop receiving emails or texts.
To stop these notifications, instruct respondents to:
- Login to CHADIS
- Click on 'My Profile' in the upper right of the screen
- Click 'Edit Profile'
- Under 'Messaging Preferences', select 'None' for the messages they wish to stop
- Re-enter their password at the top of the page
- Click the 'Save' button.
