CHADIS Waiting Room Features

CHADIS offers 3 ways for respondents to get into their CHADIS account to answer questionnaires in the waiting room. None of these options require the respondent to enter login information. Please see attached document for detailed instructions on the following features:

• Login Switch
  • Log the respondent in to CHADIS on the same device you are using.
  • Workflow for tablets or devices for respondents to use in office.

• Device Switch
  • Generates a QR code on your screen for the respondent to scan. A link will populate that takes respondent into their CHADIS account.

• Send Device Switch Message
  • Gives you the option to send a text message or email to the respondent with a link to their CHADIS homepage. This link will expire 5 mins after it is sent.
