Respondent Options: Waiting Room (CHADIS Direct Clients)

If the respondent does not complete their questionnaires before the appointment, CHADIS questionnaires can be completed in the office on a phone or tablet using the CHADIS Waiting Room Workflow. The CHADIS Waiting Room Workflow allows the respondent to access CHADIS questionnaires quickly without typing in their username or password. 

The waiting room workflow can be accessed through the Respondent Options in the CHADIS patient file.


1. Log into CHADIS and click on ‘All Patients.’

2. Search for the patient using name or DOB.

3. Click on the patient to open up the CHADIS patient file, and click on the respondent with incomplete questionnaires (the number of incomplete questionnaires appears in green to the left of the respondent name).

4. All waiting room options (Login Switch, Device Switch, and Send Device Switch Message) are available to provide CHADIS direct access to the respondent.
