Your office CHADIS Administrators can manage and edit all staff users for the office.
1. Log in to CHADIS and click ‘Manage Users’ under ‘Office Administration’ on the left hand side.
2. Manage all users from one page and edit role, office admin, and FTE status. You can use the fields at the top to filter the list.
Role: User’s primary role
Office Admin: CHADIS administrators in your office
- Full/Part Time: FTE status for PROVIDERS only
Full Time: 21 + hours/week = 1.0
Part Time: 20 hours or less/week = .5
3. To edit an individual staff user, click on their name to open up user options. From here, you can edit any fields, reset the password, or change the user’s username.
