Remove a Clinical User (CHADIS Direct Clients)

Your office CHADIS Administrators can remove clinical staff users from the office at any time.


1. Log in to CHADIS and click ‘Manage Users’ under ‘Office Administration’ on the left hand side.

2. Click on the name of the user you wish to remove.

3. Click 'edit.'

4. Change the status from ‘Active’ to ‘Disabled’ and click ‘Save.’
