Frequently Asked Question
In order to prepare for the CHADIS/PCC integration, you will also need to edit your screening orders on PCC. This will allow the CHADIS questionnaires to be connected to the orders, so that when the questionnaires are automatically assigned, the PCC screening orders will also be automatically placed into the visit. This will ensure that these questionnaires are properly billed for, as the billing code should be associated with the order.
1. In Protocol Configuration, select ‘Component Builder,’ and open ‘Screening Orders.’ You will see a list of your screening orders, and a column called ‘CHADIS Questionnaires.’
2. Click on the order and click ‘Edit’ to add a CHADIS questionnaire. Click ‘Add a Questionnaire’ under the ‘CHADIS Questionnaires.’
3. Select one or more questionnaires to link it to the screening order. The easiest way to search for the right questionnaire, is to search for the ID# of the questionnaire that is listed in CHADIS - it is to the right of the questionnaire name in your auto-assignments list. Each CHADIS questionnaire has a unique ID# but many have similar names. You can select multiple CHADIS questionnaires to assign to one order if they should be grouped together (eg. ASQ 2 month, ASQ 4 month, etc. added to one ASQ screening order).
4. If a signature should be required on the results when they arrive, check the signature required box. Any questionnaire that requires a signature will appear on the signing queue when the result arrives.
