How Patients and Respondents Are Registered in CHADIS (PCC Integrated Clients)
Last Updated about a month ago

After going live, your patients in PCC will automatically sync to CHADIS if a.) they are an active patient and b.) there is a portal user assigned to the patient. This sync occurs on 5 minute cycles, so new patients/respondents will appear in CHADIS within 5 minutes of creating them in PCC.

1. To view the patient file in CHADIS, log into CHADIS and click on ‘All Patients’.

3. Click on the patient name to open up the CHADIS patient file. The patient information (synced from PCC) is displayed at the top. ‘External Patient Identifiers’ shows the PCC ID# of the patient. The ‘Respondents’ section displays all respondents for the patient which includes any PCC portal users (synced from PCC) and any teacher respondents. The number next to the respondent shows how many questionnaires are assigned to that respondent.
