Manually Assigned Questionnaire Results (PCC Integrated Clients)

Once the respondent submits the questionnaire, CHADIS scores the questionnaire, and the results are available in PCC within 5 minutes. For manually assigned questionnaires, the results go to the messaging queue, where it can be assigned to the appropriate encounter.


1. When a CHADIS questionnaire is manually assigned to a respondent (see pages ), the results first appear in the messaging queue in PCC under ‘unassigned user’ and labeled as ‘CHADIS Result.’

2. Click on the result to assign it to the appropriate encounter. You can also choose to accept it as its own encounter if there isn’t a specific appointment it belongs to.

3. Once placed into the encounter, the screening order associated with the questionnaire will be placed, and the results will appear in the visit, just like auto-assigned questionnaire results.
