Charts is a graphic feature of CHADIS which allows your office CHADIS administrators in the office to monitor questionnaire assignments and submissions in real-time.

1. To access, log into CHADIS and click on ‘Charts’ on the left hand side under ‘Office Administration.’

2. Click on the chart type you would like to view.

3. Choose the date and frequency parameters and a chart will appear. For any period, the submissions will change over time, but assignments will remain the same. The chart reflects “Of those assigned on a given day, how many of them were submitted.” Submissions are directly related to assignments.
