Find a patient's CHADIS ID

Sometimes when communicating with the CHADIS team, you will be asked to send a patient’s CHADIS ID. Follow these steps:
If you are not currently on the patient’s detail page:
1. Be sure you’re logged into CHADIS
2. Search for the patient in CHADIS in the 'Search All Patients' field
3. The CHADIS ID is listed in the results! You can copy this ID, and email it to your CHADIS contact
If you are in CHADIS and on the patient’s detail page:
1. You can simply find the patient ID in the URL of the page and the title of the browser tab!
If you are not currently on the patient’s detail page:
1. Be sure you’re logged into CHADIS
2. Search for the patient in CHADIS in the 'Search All Patients' field
3. The CHADIS ID is listed in the results! You can copy this ID, and email it to your CHADIS contact
If you are in CHADIS and on the patient’s detail page:
1. You can simply find the patient ID in the URL of the page and the title of the browser tab!
