Choose ‘Active’ for Status
FTE is only for providers (21+ hours/week = 1.0, 20 hours or less/week = 0.5)
You can use the table below to determine which role to choose for each staff member from the dropdown.
Role | Abilities |
office-provider | All clinical abilities in CHADIS (manually assign questionnaires, view results, etc.). These users will appear in the provider list when manually assigning questionnaires in CHADIS. |
office-nurse/ma | All clinical abilities (manually assign questionnaires, view results, invite teacher respondents, etc.) and all administrative abilities (edit respondents, view questionnaire history) |
office-staff | Basic CHADIS administrative abilities (edit respondents, view questionnaire history) but cannot create reports nor see clinical results. |
4. After clicking ‘Save,’ CHADIS will generate a temporary password for the user. Make sure to provide both the username and temporary password to the staff user when they first log in.
5. AFTER adding a user, go back in and click Edit. Then, change Status from Change Password to Active.
6. AFTER you add users in CHADIS, you must submit a ticket to eCW stating “map CHADIS username _____ to eCW username _____ so they will have eCW SSO access to CHADIS”. Once mapped by eCW, the user will have access to the CHADIS button in eCW.
Login Instructions:
Go to www.chadis.com and click ‘Login’ in the top right corner to log in to CHADIS directly (they can still access CHADIS from eCW if their user is mapped). Use the provided username and temporary password to log in, and you will be prompted to change your password immediately upon logging in.
