Reasons Questionnaires Were Not Assigned (OP Integrated Clients)

If questionnaires were not assigned to the patient when you expected them to, it could be due to some of the reasons below.
1. The OP templates have not been updated with the CHADIS questionnaire, or the questionnaire is not listed as a standing order. To review, check the appropriate template.
2. The appointment status was not changed to trigger the task in OP.
3. The task was added to the OP chart, but not queued to CHADIS.
