The CHADIS Direct patient and respondent registration process depends on the chosen workflow - Staff-Driven or Respondent-Driven.

If you choose the Respondent-Driven Workflow for your office, respondents will initiate the patient and respondent registration process. Respondents register their child/patient and their CHADIS account using your office invitation code. 

If you choose the Staff-Driven Workflow for your office, practice staff initiates the process for patient and respondent registration in CHADIS. Staff adds patients and respondents to CHADIS directly.
