If you choose the respondent-driven workflow for your office, you will need to provide patients and families with reminders to log in to CHADIS and complete questionnaires. You can turn on the CHADIS Well-Visit Reminders or you can add verbiage to your general appointment reminders to ask them to log in. Review the respondent-driven auto-assignment process.
